What I Eat in a Day as a Nutritionist – Feb 26
Ok so here’s what I eat in a day as a nutritionist!
I need about 1800 ish calories to maintain my weight. I haven’t calculated this day’s exact calories, but I’d guess it’s close to 1800 if not a little more than that.
8:46am – 2 Eggs, 1/3 cup cheese, garlic salt
10:30am – 1 Tbsp peanut butter
1:20pm- Prosciutto + cheese, yogurt + nuts
5:06pm- 2 Mini Almond Joy candy bars
7:25pm– 1 Cup green beans, 1 cup bell pepper, 1 sausage, 1/2 avocado
8:30pm– 1 Serving full fat chocolate ice cream & jimmies (sprinkles)
