What I Eat in a Day as a Nutritionist – Dec 9
Ok so here’s what I eat in a day as a nutritionist!
I need about 1800 ish calories to maintain my weight. I haven’t calculated this day’s exact calories, but I’d guess it’s close to 1800 if not a little more than that.
9am 2 eggs + 3 oz chicken + 1/2 avocado
12:50pm Bowl with cauliflower rice, shredded mozz, 8 oz chicken (I was extra hungry), stir-fried peppers & onions, fresh salsa, and fat free balsamic dressing
2pm 2 mini kit kats
5:30pm Ice cream 2/3 cup
7:30pm Dinner of stir-fried Brussels and cauliflower rice + 2 friend eggs + 1 Tbsp sriracha ranch dressing
8:30pm (not shown!) 2 Tbsp peanut butter
