Here’s 👆🏼 an EASY crowd pleaser that takes less than 15 min to prep! I baked these in my toaster oven because my oven’s not working – but bake them in the oven at 400 degrees if that’s easier for you!
Friendsgivings and Thanksgivings are SO fun… BUT!
Sitting around with friends for hours & hours can be a bit difficult when there’s a lot of food just sitting right in front of you!
I always fill up my plate with low carb snacks – with filling high-fiber veggies & protein, so I can eat a large volume of food & feel good about staying on track with my goals

Carbs are converted to sugar in the body – no matter what source they come from (veggies, beans, grains, etc.). You don’t see the sugar of course – but your body does, and over time it takes a toll
