Have you tried stuffed salmon?! 🐟 Omg SO GOOD I’m drooling just looking at it 🤤🤤🤤

It’s also SO EASY – here’s how to make it 👉🏼

Stuffed Salmon Recipe

1. Cut a slit into the fresh salmon (but not all the way through – don’t cut it in half) 🔪
2. In a bowl, 2 Tbsp reduced fat ricotta + 1/2 cup raw spinach (yes it’s ok it’s raw, just mix it up!) 🥬
3. Fill the salmon slit with the mixture 🐟
4. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes – or until salmon can flake easily 🔥
5. Have a side salad of more spinach & a little light dressing on the side 🍴
