Before everyone gets up in arms – OF COURSE different foods have different nutrition properties
HOWEVER! So many times, if we actually ate exactly what we wanted stopped eating when we were full – instead of eating what we thought we “should” eat, or what was “good” …
… we would be much more satisfied, and be able to consistently stick with our health goals for the LONG TERM. We don’t live in a bubble! This is the real world & we need to be able to eat our favorite foods
A good thing to do is to PLAN for the foods you love so you can keep them in your diet – so you don’t feel deprived. If you’re following my #1starchPerDay rule of thumb, for example, we could just use pizza as the starch for the day!
